[tech] Bitdinar: An experimental centralized crypto-currency

Vink-io is a software company which researches and develops crypto currency software for financial institutions in emerging markets. International since our inception, we are present in Tunisia and Germany, and collaborated with teams from different places around the world.

Vink-io stands for digital banking solutions to achieve financial inclusion, and we are happy to share our progress with our peers, and stakeholders.

I am very proud to write this post on behalf of Vink-io, as Managing Director, but especially on behalf of the wonderful team and supporters that this project succeeded to mobilize.

Vink-io´s core team, as long as a substantial number of mentors, advisors and supporters across Germany, Switzerland, Tunisia and more, are happy to share with you our first proof of concept: Bitdinar.

Last week, we successfully mined the first coins to perform cryptographically secure transactions, on a distributed ledger.

It is of course our first proof of concept, considered as a (unsafe to use) prototype in order to showcase our future solutions.

Our mission is to enable the transition of financial corporations from paper based economy (currency), to a digital currency era. And we will employ our knowledge in crypto-currency, financial markets, banking, and economics to achieve our goals.

Bitdinar, still in prototype, is the backbone of the cryptographic solutions we will provide, to achieve Vink-io´s Vision.

Vink-io values a genuine open minded culture, and holds an assumed social responsibility towards the partners, users, supporters and stakeholders.

We pledge to keep the same standards of integrity in Europe where we are based, and in North Africa where our hearts belong.

We would like to share with Tunisian fellows this culture, and contribute with the little we can to the local community. We take this point seriously.
